Is it really true that Mew and celebi is on gold. If so how do you get them.?

You would have to use a gameshark to get Mew and Celebi.

Not without a Game Shark. But if your still interested in catching Mew, use the "gambler" cheat in either Red/Blue/Yellow. This cheat can be found in their respective pages.

I heard you have to catch all Pokemon in the game then go back to the forest shrine and you fight him and them you just simply catch Celebi

No, I don't know how to get Celebi. I do know that if you want to get Mew you have to have blue,red or yellow verisn. So NO you can't get those Pokemon on gold.
