What should I do after defeating the Elite Four and beating Red in Mt. Silver? I have caught all the Pokemon, from Bulbasaur to Celebi. I also have all nines in my money counter.

Train your Pokémon to level 100. That's pretty much it.

There's not much you can do, get all your Pokemon to level 100 and when you do that you'll have to start a new game.
