There is a trick you can do with a PC (in-game) to make it happen, but I best suggest trading or using a GameShark.

Follow the steps below:

1. After you wake up, set the time, and get your Poke Gear, walk outside of the house, then after you walk out the door, SAVE RIGHT THERE.
2. Go choose the Pokemon that you want to get first.
3. Play until you get the Poke Balls. Go out into route 29 and catch any Pokemon. 4. Go into Cherrygrove City, and go to the Pokemon Center.
5. Go to the PC. Deposit your starter, and switch to an empty box. When the dialogue box says "SAVING, DON'T...", turn off the GB.
6. Turn it back on, and if you did it right, then you should be outside of your house again. The starter will be in your PC, but you won't have Poke Dex data on it.
7. Repeat with another starter, but make sure that you put the second starter in the same box as the first.
8. You don't have to do the same thing with the last starter. You should now have all three starters.
I HAVE TRIED THIS, AND IT WORKS.
