Hi, it's me again. Well, my question is where do you find Remoraid? For some reason I really want an Octillery, and someone could give me suggestions on some new Pokemon to add to my team. Here it is:
 Rainbow/Ho-oh Lv 40(working on leveling up)
 Holding: Sharp Beak
 Moveset: Sacred Fire, Safeguard, Fly, Recover
 Sparkia/Ampharos Lv. 36
 Holding: Surf Mail(a reminder for me)
 Moveset: Iron Tail, Strength, Thundershock, Thunderpunch
 Wes/Espeon Lv 43
 Holding: Quick Claw
 Moveset: Return, Shadow Ball, Take Down, Bite
 Midoru/Gyrados(shiny) Lv. 37
 Holding: EXP. Share
 Moveset:Thrash, Twister, Dragon Rage, Surf
 
 Also, one day, I flicked my volume control bar on accident on my GBASP, and the colors got all funk-ola. Could someone explain that?

ANSWERS

To get a Remoraid you have to get the phone number of Fisherman Someone, a little to the left of Ice Path. Wait for a while and he'll eventually call you saying that Remoraid are biting like crazy. Use a Super Rod to catch them at level 40.

P.S.- They're "biting" in the water that the Fisherman is right by.

There is a lake to the right of maghonagy town. There is also a fisher somewhere get his number soon he'll call saying remeraid are biting.

On the way to Ice Path one of the fishermen should give you his phone number when you beat him I tink it's Fisherman Chris or something. Sometimes he phones you and says there are Remoraid biting like there's no tomorrow.

Go back to that lake with a Super Rod and then fish. You can catch one then. I think your team is pretty good.

Get two more pokémon (including Remoraid since you want one), I'd recommend a fighter.
I don't know what's up with that.

Thank you all! Oh, and for Tb GO GO, I didn't want to use my starter anymore. It was just an experiment. I guess my Eevee was sorta my starter, 'cause after I got it, I started training like heck, I really wanted an Espeon.

UPDATE: I put my Ho-oh in my box because I don't want to use it anymore. And, is it possible to catch Remoraid with a Good rod?

The Fishermans name is Fisherman Wilton. He's on the route towards the ice path.

Also I would suggest cloning your Pokemon or getting a tyrannitar. Its First stage is in the Mt Silver. Ill put the cloning cheat in case you need it.
First, go to any pc. Then save in front of it. Then open bills pc aand deposit the Pokemon you want to clone into any box. Then switch boxes and when it's saving turn it off.
