I don't think that you can get the GS ball on Pokemon gold/silver but I think that you can get it off a gameshark but I don't know the code sorry.

I think thats what you put in the shrine to get Celebi once you have all the pokemon.

Hey mario, there are three reasons why you don't want the gs ball. 1:it can only be obtained by use of a gameshark
2:once you get it, you can only get celebi with it after waiting for two days. 1 for professor oak to give it to you and one for kurt to hold until he gives it back to you
3:if you have a gameshark to get the gs ball in the first place, then you can just use the gameshark to make celebi appear at whatever level you like not just the mandatory level 30.you can choose to make him the automatic level 100, or if you are not the lazy, you can choose for him to be at level 2 so you can have the experience of training him all the way, or even anywhere in between.

This is the code for game shark to get a GS ball 013F2D0 another way to get it is to catch all 250 Pokemon and PRO.Elm gives it to you, or you can get a gold
