How do you get all three legendary Pokemon fast?

ANSWERS

There is no quick way to get the legendary dogs other than trading them.
To get them quite quick get loads of super repels and a Pokemon over level 40. If you think that the legendary dog is in the grass put the super repel on and go in the grass.

ALSO hooh is easy with master ball and lugia you just need to use loads of ultra balls

Get 3 masterballs by duplicating them then get a lot of max repels. Also have a level 39 Pokemon in your first position of the party. Use a repel when your on the route west of Ecruteak City. Walk through the long, narrow patch of grass, near the sailor, to the end and back. If you don't find any of them go back through the entrance on the east side of the route leading to Ecruteak City then go back through the entrance back to the route (you do this to change the area of the pokemon). It may take a while to get them all but I did catch all of them. The thing about this technique is you don't need to have already seen them. IMPORTANT- make sure you go completely through the building to ecruteak then back in the building and out to the route.
P.S. Don't forget to use another repel when the other one runs out!
