There are 5 ways to evolve Eevee, you'll need to decide on which form you want it to evolve into.

Here are the Pokemon it can change into: Vaporeon (Water), Jolteon (Electric), Flareon(Fire), Espeon (Psychic), and Umbreon (Dark).

To get Vaporeon, use a Water Stone on Eevee; to get Jolteon, use a Thunder Stone; for Flareon use a Fire Stone; the other two are difficult to evolve but they are easier to obtain than the other three.

To get Espeon, you must make it like you quite some bit. Do the same to get Umbreon.

In order to evolve it the quickest and most effective way, use items on your Eevee as well as to hold an item, place it in the first slot of your party, and give it a haicut often in the underground passageway in Goldenrod City.

Eevee won't evolve into Umbreon and Espeon until you use it in battle ( and move Eevee up another level) once you are confident with it's tameness.

If it evolves at night it will be an Umbreon; evolve Eevee during the morning or day ( in game) to get Espeon.

There is alot of ways like you have to get the stones and give it to him. You can also make him happy and he'll evolve depending on the time.
