No you have to trade them from red,yellow or blue.

You can't get Bulbasaur, Squirtle, or Charmander without trading with Red/Blue/Yellow or using a gameshark. (I'm not sure if you can get them in Pokemon Colliseum 2, but I know you can get them in Pokemon Colliseum (1))

No, you can't except by using a Gameshark or trading from someone else.

No the only way to get them is trading them from another version.
