You get rid of sudowoodo go left and there is a guy. Talk to him and he will give you rock smash.

When you battled Sudowoodo you turn right and there will be a fat man, he is impressed that you got rid of the 'Sudowoodo so he gives you rock smash. After that you can get it in the department store in Goldenrod Town.

After you defeat the goldenrod gym go to a house with plants in it talk to one of the ladies and she will give you a sqirtbottle.Then go to the moving plant that everybody talks about and sqirt it with the sqirtbottle. Then you will battle sudowoodo.The after that go right and talk to the fat guy and he will give you rock smash.

If you really know how to get mewtwo,mew,and celibi without gameshark and Ar, and without trading PLEASE TELL ME.

Rock Smash... You have to defeat Whitney of Goldenrod City, then talk to one of the girls in the flower house next to the Gym. Then, you must go to where the wiggly tree is west of Violet City, and there should be girl standing by it, talk to her. Now return to the flower house, get the Squirtbottle, and use it on that pathetic tree. Then, talk to the dude directly east of the tree, and you will obtain Rock Smash.
