ANSWERS

To get the train ticket go to the copycats house and she will say she lost a doll. Then go to vermillion and into the house with the Pokemon chairman who talks about his rapidash. Talk to the guy with the clefairy doll, take it back to copycat and give her the doll and she will give you the ticket.
Next I think that you get the rainbow wing in pewter city talkin to an old man.

I sent an answer before but I was wrong about the rainbow wing.
To get the rainbow wing you have to defeat team rocket in the radio tower in goldenrod city and the director will give it to you after you rescue him and defeat the last person of team rocket.

In the Gold version, you get the rainbow wing from the Radio Tower. In the Silver version, you get the rainbow wing from an old man in Pewter City. I'm not sure where you get the train ticket right now though.

You get the rainbow wing when you defeat team rocket(gold). You get it from an old man in Pewter city(silver).
You get the train ticket from the copy cat in saffron after you return her cleffairy doll from the guy in vermillion who found it.

To get the Ticket, talk to Copycat in the upstairs floor of her house in Saffron City in Kanto, and then go to Vermilion City, enter the Pokemon Fan Club, then talk to the girl who has the Clefairy sitting next to her. With the plush doll in your hands how, head off to Copycat and return it.

To get the Rainbow Wing in Gold, you must defeat the Rockets in the Goldenrod City Radio Tower and talk to the Director. In Silver , you must obtain it from an old man standing next to the Pokemon Center in Pewter City.

you get the rainbow wing for defeting team rocket in goldenrodcity after you retreave the diorector from the underground place he goes back to the radio tower and gives the rainbow wing and when your on your way out talk to as many people as possible becuase you get gifts from them too

the train ticket is found in saffron city its near the top of saffron city you walk into a house and a man and a woman will tell you about there daughter copy cat walk upstairs and talk to her she will copy you and tell you about the doll after that fly (found outside of cianwood gym)or walk to the poke club in Vermillion City and talk to the guy sitting next to the doll hell tell you that he has befreinded a doll becuase he cant find a real one after that he will say oh the poor little girl and give you the doll then go back to saffron city and talk to copycat again and then she will give you the train pass
