I used my matster ball on my Lugia ,but I need more so I can catch Ho-oh.My money is 30,782. I just defeated the Pokemon Leage today and I also have my ship ticket and I really don't know what to do.Also which pokemon know meanlook?

1.)You can either trade a master ball from another version with a pokemon
2.)if your trying to get to kanto (either go on the ship and you will get to vermillion city) or something else)
3.)ghost Pokemon know mean look

You can only get another Masterball if you're really lucky and win the Lucky Number Show.

Go to Olivine and go on the ship to Vermilion.

Gastly can learn Mean Look. So can Umbreon.

Master Ball: try winning the Lucky Number Show at the Goldenrod City Radio Tower with all six Pokemon of the picked number.

Mean Look: Zubat learns this, and so does Misdreavus.

To get another masterball you can use a Game shark or wait until you get 1st at the Lucky Number Show. Sorry, but you can't buy one. To use the S.S. Aqua ticket, fly to Vermilion and go into the building left of the Lighthouse. You then get aboard the ship and help and old guy find his relative. He gives you a metal coat. I am positive that Haunter can learn Mean Look, but I'm not sure about others.

You can get infinant master balls on you first time on the s.s.aquata search every trash been and they will say empty then once you get off look in you ball pocket and you will have 99 but it's infinite

You can get as many as you want if you make a Pokemon hold the masterball and then duplacate it tons of times. (you have to know the duplicating trick)
