How do you get surf I can't get strength either, please help me. I can't go to something called the Safari zone either?

Surf- Beat the Kimono Girls in Ecruteak

Strength- Talk to the sailor in the cafe in Olivine.

Safari Zone is closed in this version.

Surf: Defeat the Kimono Girls in the Dance Theater in Ecruteak City, then talk to the old duff standing next to the Rhydon watching the girls dance.

Strength: Talk to one of the customers in the Olivine Cafe in Olivine City, located near the shore close to the Pokemon Center.

The Safari Zone is not available in this game.

Beat the five Kimono girls then speak to the guy with the Rhydon (I think it's a Rhydon by the way) he'll give you surf.

You strength from someone in a building beside the poke centre in Olivine city. And in gold and silver you can't go into the safari zone.

Get Surf from the Man in Ecruteak City after you defeat all of the Kimono Girls.
Get Strength from the bartender in Olivine City.
You cannot access the Sapphire in this game.

You don't get Surf in Safari Zone in Pokemon Gold.

2) Strength: Olivine Cafe
3) You can't do the safari zone

Surf is in Eckruteak. You beat all the kimono girls (dansers) and talk to the man with a rydon at his side
Strength is in Olivine. You go to the resturaunt and a sailor there says your Pokemon are weak ar puny or something like that. He gives you strength.
The Safari Zone is in red/blue/yellow only.
