Hey anyone know how to capture celibe or know where she is located?

You can't get Celebi wothout a Gameshark.

And there are certain sites you can get your passwords. Also, there's a formula you can use if you want.

On silver I think there is a trainer near mt silver and when you beat him you get his phone number(I think I'm to sure if this is right)and eventually he rings you and he will probaly say something like Hey ??? you won't believe what I saw....bla bla bla, thats for the first question but for the second I have no idea sorry and sorry if the answer above isn't correct. Hope those help.

Nope,you can only get it from a gameshark or a another event,also if we meet ioll trade you a celebi (level 50),hope this has helped...there is a rumer you can get it without gamesharks,but thats just a rumer and it dosent work,plus celebi isent that strong anyway,

im not sure about the passwords,sorry
