Use a moon stone on it and it will evolve into a Nidoqueen.

Use moon stone on it which you get at the cave that takes you to Kanto and this is how you get it:
1.go to your house there should be water right beside it use surf
2.go until you see land (dont go down when you fisrt go in the water just keep going straight)
3.go on land and there should be cave to your right go inside
4.use surf again there should be waterfall go to the left of it until you see a little strip of land above you
5.go on the land go up until you see a pokeball
6.go to it and press A
7.at the bottom of the screen it will say :
(your name) found a moon stone (your name) put the moon stone in the item pocket
8.now you've found moon stone!
