In the forest between azalea and goldenrod. When you get into the goldenrod side of the woods, go south and you should see a guy sitting on a ledge surrounded by a couple of trees. Go around and talk to him; and he should give you Headbutt

In the forest next to a lake b4 you get to the big city there is a man next to some trees go round and talk to him thats where you will get heaadbutt
