Hi it's me again I doon't know how to get the rainbow or the silver wing please help I've just talked to that guy who sies something about garyadose evoving fromo raidio waves but when I go the radio tower I can't get past thee second floor becose aguy seis I can't plz help {+_+}

The Wings are received after you defeated all of the Team Rocket Grunts in the Radio Tower in Golden Rod City the REAL director will appear and give you the Rainbow Wing. The Silver Wing is in the Kanto Region. You get it by going to Pewter City and head for the PokeMart and the right you'll see an old man talk to him and he'll hand over the Silver Wing.
