Rare Pokemon Why?

Why can't we get the rare Pokemon such as moltres zapdos artucuno Mew mewtwo and clebi and others exp charmander squirtle bulbasaur???

You can't get some of them because G/S/C are based more in the future when ash apparently caught them, meaning in the old game you would of caught them if you have it so G/S/C are carrying on from that.

You can't get them because Pokemon Gold and Silver were made to promote the Anime, and during those episodes Ash was trying to conquer Johtho. So the only Legendary Pkmns you can get in PG are Ho-Oh, Lugia, Entei, Suicune, Raikou and there's a way to get Celebi, but it's a rumor. If you want to get the other legendaries, you'll have to get them by trading with Pokemon R/B/Y.

You can't get the legendaries from r/b/y in g/s/c. The legendaries in g/s/c you can get are Lugia, ho-oh, raikou, entei, suicune. Celebi cannot be caught in the english versions unless you use a gameshark
