This stash is hidden in a makeshift shelter under the Bridge of Tears. To reach it, you’ll need the Grappling Hook perk unlocked. Head to the location and clear out any peggies guarding the area. Read the note then follow the mission marker which will lead you to the nearby scaffolding accessible by a zipline. From there, you just need to keep swinging and reaching scaffoldings until you reach the stash.
