After completing Close Encounters, talk to Larry again to start this mission. Head to the transformer station north of the lab. Peggies will arrive as soon as you start the re-routing process so make sure to put some proximity mines near the station’s entrance. When ready, override the electrical panel inside the control shed. Once you start the override, you have to pull the levers of 5 switches in order to complete the operation. The switches you have to flip will be highlighted so you just need to get to them as quickly as you can. If ever there are peggies that survived your proximity explosives, pick them off quickly since they can disrupt your actions.

After flipping the last switch, return to Larry’s lab and talk to him. Finally, turn on the generator nearby to activate Larry’s teleporter. Watch him get beamed up and mission will be completed shortly after.
