Deep Dive

The stash is located inside Laurel Residence. You may encounter cultists hanging around so take them out then read the yellow note inside the box in the kitchen. Next, go outside and follow the mission marker to the shed. The bunker where the stash is kept is actually flooded and the pump can be activated from the shed. However, the shed is electronically locked.

Open the bunker and dive inside. You should immediately see the key card near the barricaded doorway. Pick it up then leave the bunker. Unlock the shed door then pull the lever to activate the pump. Go down to the bunker again, destroy the wooden planks and get the goodies inside. You should have a blowtorch or use a remote explosive to open the safe.
