After liberating the region, you may get a radio message from Kim asking you to go pick her up. Head back to their house and enter the home for a cutscene. After escorting her to the pickup, it’s going to be your job to drive them (fast) to the midwife’s house.
You’ll be racing against time and even if there’s no visible checkpoint markers, you’ll get bonus seconds added to the timer by just following the objective markers instead. While driving, keep an eye out of the crazy things happening around you like explosions, accidents, etc. Don’t hesitate to run over animals or even people if they’re in your way. Keep driving until you finally reach the clinic. Mission complete.
