This is a bit tricky to liberate silently since there could be armored cultists that can’t be taken out by your bow alone. You can’t also fully scout the area from one position due to the lack of an safe elevated vantage point. Bringing Boomer can help you automatically tag enemies you haven’t seen yet. There are also hostages inside and outside the house that the lunatics will promptly shoot if you untie them early. Your best approach will be from the flower patch by the small hill in the side of the main house. The armored cultist will patrol around it and there’s a blind spot where you can ambush him with a Melee takedown and hide his body by the nearby bushes.
Head inside the house next and take out the cultist standing by the doorway to the kitchen. Make sure to hide this body in one of the corners of the house. Now, take out the other cultist harassing the hostage outside. As for the other cultists, you’ll have a hard time picking them off without alerting anyone else since they’re bunched close together. What you can do is still pick off those within your sight then quickly fall back inside the house or better yet to the bushes beside the house so you can assassinate them with your bow while they’re looking for you. You also have the option to lay low if you’re not in immediate danger until the lunatics stop their search for you.
Watch out for their VIP. These sturdy cultists can’t be taken out by an arrow shot so a Melee takedown is recommended. Before taking out the last cultist, you can liberate the hostages if they’re not in immediate risk. Kill the last cultist to complete the liberation of this location.
