Liberating this outpost is part of the Nick Rye’s side mission “Wingman”.

While this outpost lacks an elevated vantage point for scouting, it’s surrounded by a small forested area that you can use to sneak in. If you want an undetected liberation, bringing along Boomer is perfect here since he’ll be able to tag targets even behind cover. Take out the lone guard patrolling the eastern side of the building then disable the alarm in the corner.

Now you have an option to carefully sneak inside the building and take out enemies there or use the tall grass around the compound to safely pick off enemies with your bow then strangle those who get near with Melee takedowns. As long as you the enemies are tagged, you can take advantage of the foliage to shoot arrows without giving away your position. Just remember to change locations regularly to avoid getting cornered.
