Use these sparingly since they’re more expensive that regular ammo. You can buy these at any shop or roaming merchants.
To carry more Special ammo, you should get the Special Ammo Bag perk. To increase the effectiveness of armor-piercing rounds against vehicles, consider getting the Vehicle Buster perk as well.
