You can craft these items any time by opening and holding your weapon wheel, toggle to the item you want to make by using the left or right DPAD, then pressing triangle. Obtain materials for crafting certain throwables from corpses, loot boxes, bags, etc. You can reduce the materials needed to craft remote and proximity explosives by getting the Master Blaster perk.

For the homeopathics, you can find the plants in the wild while Bliss Oil can be obtained from defeated cultists. Increase the amount of plants you can harvest by getting the Harvest Master perk.
