Hunting locations can be revealed by approaching yellow road signs or reading hunting magazines found in different buildings and houses. Once revealed, they’ll be permanently added to the map for easy reference.

Also, having the King of the Jungle and Harvest Master (Survivalist) perks will help in completing these challenges faster. The former reduces animal damage and prevents prey animals from fleeing while the latter doubles the amount of items you can get from plants and animals. Kills from guns will still yield normal amount of skin though kills from arrows alone yield the best amount of skin per animal. Avoid using high-powered, vehicle-mounted machine guns, explosives, or fire since that will damage the animal and will yield burnt or damaged skin instead. Consider using baits to lure in predatory animals like wolves, mountain lions, and bears.

For the fishing challenges, make sure to have the Fisher King perk, which tires out fishes faster and unlocks additional flies/lures to attract rarer and larger fishes.

Deers skinned x1	1	One of the most common animals. Very easy to hunt.
Pronghorns skinned x1	1	One of the most common animals. Very easy to hunt.
Elks skinned x2	2	A bit uncommon and tougher to take down.
Caribou skinned x4	3	A bigger and tougher relative of deers, you have to rely on hunting spots to find them.
Bison skinned x3	3	These are normally found in the highlands of Henbane River region. A headshot from a sniper rifle should be enough to take out these mighty beasts instantly.
Moose skinned x2	2	A large animal quite hard to take out using arrows alone so consider using LMGs or Sniper Rifles to down this animal and prevent it from escaping.
Hares skinned x1	2	Due to their small size, keen awareness, agility, and limited hunting grounds, they’re quite hard to find.
Boars skinned x2	2	Uncommon but with dedicated hunting grounds
Skunks skinned x3	2	Although small, you can easily spot skunks because their tails are easily visible in the low grass areas they usually hang around.
Wolverines x3	2	These are quick and ferocious little predators.
Wolves skinned x5	2	Quite common and easy to lure using baits. Additionally, you can also find them in cages in outposts since the cult seems to be quite interested in them.
Cougars skinned x4	3	You can usually find them in hillside or mountainside grasslands where they hunt other herbivores. They’re most vulnerable when performing the finishing bite on their downed victim.
Black Bears skinned x2	2	Another common predator but a lot tougher and dangerous, you can lure them using baits. Don’t hesitate to use guns to take out these massive animals.
Grizzly Bears skinned x3	3	A bit uncommon compared to its black cousin, your best chance of finding them is inside their dedicated hunting zones or when they’re actively attacking a prey.
Turkeys skinned x2	2	Easy to spot and with an easily distinguishable sound, you can find them in grasslands.
Eagles skinned x3	3	These aggressive predatory birds can be hard to hit while flying. Consider using automatic weapons to shoot them out of the sky.
