At this point in your game there is a basic position that you should have managed to obtain, both for The Story progress and to solidify your strengths in being able to generate the Income that is required for steady progress.
Just to cover that base, you should have at a minimum the following game assets by now:
These are The Characters that you should have unlocked and have added to your team as a consequence of The Story and your progress in it. Collectively they represent a solid earning potential, which will be discussed in a moment...
Apu
Cletus
Homer Simpson
Krusty the Clown
Lisa Simpson
Millhouse
Ned Flanders
Principal Skinner
The following Income-producing houses should be present and in these numbers – if they are not you should work towards obtaining them:
The above lists represent your potential base from which you earn with an on-the-books value that is entirely dependent upon how often you check into the game – what you have been working to establish in other words.
The effort that you have put in will allow you to reap its rewards, but the amount that you take in will be almost completely dependent upon how often you play the game, and whether you make sure you accurately set the tasks for your crew based upon your availability for play and play frequency.
It is really important that you get a handle on this, but before you can do that it will help for you to understand what is at the other end – the rewards on other words, or how much you will earn in Cash and XP as the result of your play – so with that in mind, the following section details for you what the net Profits will be for each of the assets you have available.
Of course this presumes that you have been following the Guide, and that you have been Building an infrastructure that is at least similar to the one that we created here.
The following options represent the most common and sensible strategies and their Income:

The entire point to this is to maximize your Income for Cash and XP based upon your available play time.
Bear in mind that this does not take into account any of the extra Premium Buildings or Characters you have added to your game, and it does not restrict you to playing only ever x number of hours – the more you play, the more you stand to make.
Using this information as a Guide however will allow you to efficiently optimize your Income, and there is nothing wrong with that!
One of the important tasks that you will be completing in this phase is unlocking and placing the Gulp'N'Blow, which will be your second restaurant and in addition to adding to your Gluttony Rating on the Conform-O-Meter, it also obviously contributes to your Income base.
To reach the point in which you are allowed to unlock and place this Building you have to have had Homer complete the tasks of eating at Krusty Burger for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Basically you need to wait until the game prompts you for each task, and then complete it and not simply choose those on your own, as they are a series of tasks whose completion results with you Building the Gulp N’ Blow.
As with the path to the Gulp N'Blow, unlocking and adding Bart's Treehouse (and subsequently adding Bart to your crew) is also a nugget at the end of a very long series of seemingly unrelated tasks!
To obtain Bart’s Treehouse you will need to build Springfield Elementary School first, and then complete all of the tasks that the game assigns to Principal Skinner.
Doing that will advance you to the point that you can build Willie’s Shack (a requirement), after which you do Willie’s assigned tasks in order to unlock and get assigned the variety of tasks that you need to complete with both Milhouse and with Lisa (together and separately).
Once you complete those, the game then unlocks the Treehouse in the build menu, and you will buy and place the Building, adding it AND Bart Simpson to the game! Nice one!
I didn't get the gulpnblow....just went straight the the smoke towers and now I'm on level 12....am I just ahead of myself?!?!?
Actually gave me 2 kwikemarts...is the supposed to happen?
I dint get Bart's tree house! Wth? I've done everything that it says here but no Bart :(. Any suggestions? Can it skip him all together if I didn't do something right? It says I have to do the Bart Corusoe part 2
Ni dint get Bart's tree house! Wth? I've done everything that it says here but no Bart :(. Any suggestions? Can it skip him all together if I didn't do something right? It says I have to do the Robinson Coruso part 2
There some editing needed. For every task you shouldn't you need add that it a 4hourly income, 6hourly income, 12hourly income, etc. instead of just hourly income.
