I want to know through the whole game I always see Meachen through out the game. In Chapter 1 Youth Leage HQ. Chapter 3 Chatau LeBlanc.
Chapter 4 Cecius.
Chapter 5 Zanarkand when he finally tellsu he is unsent. So I want to know how many tims does he appear in the game

The times you've mentioned above are all the times I've seen Maechen. I haven't seen him any other time.
