How do I get Rin to be responsible for the machina on the mi'ihen highroad?

First off you do need it to get Gippal's Sphere. Chapet 1 talk to the female albed technition at the southern end of the Mi'hien Highroad. Chapter 2 complete Cuckoo for chocobos return to the travel agencyand you should see Rin walk past you out the door. In the Chapter 3 defeat at least 7 of the malfuntioning machina in the machina mayham mission. Do so and you will see Rin in the crowd at the end of the mission. Call for Rin during Clue Event 1G during investigation which is Shinra's Commsphere and you'll capture talking to a strange Albed women. Next you witness Clue Event 3G hover crash site during investigation, imediatly after switch to commsphere new road to see event 3D , you see Rin doing something strange , then call Rin to report what you have seen. After you have completing the previous steps go to a place where no clue events take place (Shinra's commsphere) and call Rin five times, after doing so you shouldn't be able to get Rin to come running end the game until chapter 5. - To get Shinra to set up his commsphere after you beat machina mayham mission go to the travel agency and head towards mushroom rock road and you will run into shinra setting up a commsphere in a wierd location. Thus the commsphere is set up.
