I could list them all, but it would take way to long to do so, So I will tell you this instead. Go look in a walkthrough in the Guides section, I am sure that one, or more of those strategy guides have a section about the cactaur.

I can't remember the order you find them in but
One is by the oasis in the desert
In the thunder plains by a cactaur stone
In a treasure chest in le blancs home in guadosalam
In the calm lands riding a chocobo near the bridge by yojimbo's cave
In the lilika forest on the right side where you jump into a tree

7. Ciapa � Highest point overlooking Kilika port and Kilika wood. Look for place to climb onto ledge on eastern path through woods
8. Erio � snowy Mountain trail on Mt Gagazet
9. Bartschella � With Dona on Kilika Is.
10. Frailea � Inside Cactuar Hollow

Areq and Arroja are found together in the Clam Lands just before you enter Mt Gagazet.
