Ok, this may be pretty strange but take your gun mage dressphere on.

If like the attack blaster hits you (I got blaster from death blaster) then you can use blaster but it cost 30 mp from blaster

I can't find any that use spec. abilities!

I don't know exactly which monsters you get them from but try getting hit by every monster's special ability, and if you get lucky enough, you'll get the ability.

I do remember a few of them

Coeurl-Blaster
Cactuar-1000 needles
Omega Weapon/Paragon-Supernova
Rhyos- Aqua Breath
(Ultima Weapon)-Mighty Guard
(Malboro-Bad Breath)

That's all I can remember and I hope it helps you.

1. Blaster - Coeurl or Queen Coeurl

2. White Wind - Haize, Bully Cap, Coeurl, Ms. Goon, Mycotoxin, Queen Coeurl (Note they must be confused)

3. Absorb - Haize, Protochimera, Ultima Weapon, Flan Azabache, Jahi, Cindy, Vegnagun Torso.

4. Drill Shot - Baralai (Chapter 2 Under Bevelle, Chapter 5 Den Of Woe) attack him ten times, whoever is to learn it make shure she hits him the 10th time.

5. Mighty Guard - Haize, Garik Ronso (Note they must be confused)

6. Seed Cannon - Cephalotus, Leucophilia

7.1000 Needles - Cactuar

8. Heavens Cateract - Kukulkan, Gucumatz, Chac

9. Stone Breath - Tomb, Monolith, Dolmen, Epitaph

10. Fire Breath - Balivarha

11. Bad Breath - Malboro, Great Malboro - (Great Malboro is easier because its his first move)

12. Cry In The Night - Mega Tonberry in Oversoul State

13. Mortar - Gippal (Den Of Woe, After Baralai Fight)

14. Supernova - Ultima Weapon/Paragon

15. Storm Cannon - Ironside (Note this attack will cost all party members 1150 HP!, make sure you have mor than 1150 HP for at least 2 characters or don't bother with this Blue Bullet.)

16. Annihilator - Beat the Experiment at its strongest state
(Attack lv. 5, Defence lv. 5, Special lv. 5) (Note that this is the best Blue Bullet to use, equip yourself with a Invincible accessory and watch the Fiends and Bosses go down.)

Aqua Breath is not a Blue Bullet ability

Omega Weapon does not use Supernova

Ultima Weapon cannot be confused therefore you can't learn Mighty Guard from him
