Question for Final Fantasy X-2

When do you get more training methods in blitzball? I have the strategy guide and it only says that more will be added later, but WHEN????

I'm not sure if there is a pattern, but I just played tournaments and Spira tournaments for a while and after a couple of matches, it appeares as a prize in a tournament! It said that 2nd place gets a new command. I purposefully lost (came 2nd) and got the "Scrimmage" command. This increases all of your attributes randomly but also raises fatigue. Just keep playing and it should come up a bit later! (just to let you know, it didn't take long... 5 or 6 tournaments at most)
