Question for Final Fantasy X-2

Hi, Where can I find Frailea? It says he is a real nice boy that only wants to hang out with his friends but he hangs out with bad crowds and he may not be even traviling at all. Can someone help me figure this out couse it is so confusing and frustrating.

Frailea is in the cactuar cave, you have to talk to marnela who will allow you to enter the cave, most of the cave is normal, with a self explanitory time trial minigame
Make your way to the end to find frailea, and play another cactuar war.(win this to gain covenant of growth, a garment grid designed to level up your character faster)
Regardless of the outcome you will have to fight a jumbo cactuar (steal rabite's foot which give +100 to luck[is spelt Rabite's foot in game])
Once you have defeated the jumbo cactuar, make your way out of the cavern and see a cutscene, then you can return to our airship to prepare or go directly into battle with Angrina Mainyu, a powerful enemy who is matched only by a maxed 'Experiment' and the enemies in Via Infinito
