I can't find any of the cactuars, can you help me?

There are 10 cactuars total (9 cactuar shooting games).

1.Lobivia:Go to the Oasis

2.Toumeya: On the beach in Besaid.

3.Lobeir: In Ormi's room in Leblanc's Chateau

4/5: Areg & Arroja: In the upper part of the Calm Lands (just before Mt. Gagazet)

6.Islaya: Near the ninth tower in the Thunder Plains

7.Chiapa: In Kilika Woods on the east path- search for a tree
that be climbed to an upper level

8.Erio: In Mt. Gagazet (where you fought Seymour Flux in FFX).

9.Bartschella: In Dona's hut (Kilika Port)

After finding each cactuar, go back to Cactuar Nation and talk to the cactuar's mother. Then talk to another mother and search for the next one. Once you have found the 9 cactuars, you'll be sent to a cave to find the last one.

Here are the locations of the 10 gate keepers:

1. Lobivia- In the desert Oasis

2. Toumeya- Besaid Island

3. Loberia- Guadosalam, in a treasure chest in Le Blancs Chateau

4 and 5. Area and Aroja- In the calm lands near the gorge riding on the back of a chocobo

6. Islaya- In the thunder Plains

7. Chiapa- On top of a tree near the temple in the woods near the river in kilika

8. Erio- On Mount Gagazet

9. Bartschella- In Dona's house (Kilika Island)

10. Frailea- In the rouge catuar cavern in the catuar nation.
