Question for Final Fantasy X-2

What is the difference between the Lure Bracer and the Lure Ring and how do I obtain the Lure Ring? Also how do I get the Key to Success Accessory?

Key to Success is in chapter 5 go to the penguin scam dude in Guadosalam and go in his house and get it, but you must have completed all the missions for him and got 10 of 10 in his ticket selling game if not you get a lame item.

I think you can win that in Blitzball. I know the Charm one is there. I never figured out why I have a ton in the begining of the game and people here are pleading for them. Oh well.

To get the Key to Success accessory there has to be a war between the Guado and the Ronso.
