If your talking about when Lulu says that he went to investigate some caves then you will find the entrance to the cave in the area just before entering Besaid beach. There will be a door there which is the entrance to the cave but in order to open the door you will need to find the 4 ciphers to open it. The first is on the statue just outside the village, the second is in the next area after that there are 2 ruins on either side Yuna can climb the one on the right side to find the next digit, the third is located when you enter the beach area you will find some kids playing near the ruins. Yuna can climb up to the ruin to find the next cipher and for the last cipher go to the left side of the beach near where the boats are and jump up to the ruins there. When you have all 4 digits go back to the door and enter them you will find Wakka inside.
