Where can I get a Speed Bracer? I've got 3 'Shmooth Shailing's from the warm up mini game before Yuna's concert, but they slow me down.

You can get a speed bracer by beating the 40th floor boss in the Via Infinito in chapter 5. It is called Black Elemental and only has 9999hp, so use 3 dark knights using darkness.
