On the dress sphere gun mage, how do I learn fiend's abilities (Blue Bullet..

When you get attacked by one of these attacks:

2) Blaster--------------- Coeurl, Queen Coeurl
3) White Wind-------------- Haize, Bully Cap, Both Coeurls, Mycotoxin, { all these must be in a confusion state}
4) Seed Cannon--------------- Cephalotus, leucophilia
5) 1000 Needles---------------- Cactuar
6) Mighty Guard----------------- Garik Ronso, or Haize { in confusion }
7) Heavens Cataract------------ Gucumatz, Kukulcan,Chac
8) Fire Breath----------------- Balivarha
9) Stone Breath----------------- Tomb, Monolith, Epitaph, and Dolmen
10) Bad Breath-------------- any of the two kinds of Malboro
11) Annihilator---------------- Experiment in Djose Temple Level 5 stats, [ this is probably one of my favorites, does exceptional damage to all enemies]
12) Storm Cannon----------- Ironside
13) Drill Shot---------------- Baralai Chapter 2 or 5
14) SuperNova------------ Ultima Weapon or Paragon
15) Cry in the Night--------------- Mega Tonberry Oversouled

Ok, you have to be hit by the enemies attacks to learn, if you ever played Final Fantasy X, the Gun Mage Dressphere is almost like Kimahri's abilities in that game.
