Question for Final Fantasy X-2

Where do I find Paines Special Dressphere (full throttle)? I'm on Chapter 4 and I still haven't got it. Please help.

You go get it in first chapter. You go to Macalania woods in the glittering spring where the guado is, and you talk to Tromell 4 times, then you should get it.

If you're on chapter 4 already and missed it, you'll wait until you open new game+ because as far as I know Tromell's not always at the glittering lake because I tried it on my other save file. You have to be patient on tromell if you really want to get paine's full throttle.
