Does anyone know how to use the HP Break Limit accessory "Enterprise"? Because I've got it yet even after a whole Chapter I still haven't figured it out (maybe I'm just too dumb?)

Equip it from the equip screen,if you haven't noticed it says break hp limit
Which means after your health exceeds 9999 points it'll work.
