Hope is a Sad Thing

Raymond Kenney is located in the city's last district, Pawnee. You have to unlock the ctOS Control Center there first before you can start the next campaign. The control center is located in the middle of the lake. Infiltrate it and find the card that has the access code. Once you got it, you can proceed killing all the guards or avoid them until you reach the security router.

After finding Kenny's location, head there and start the real mission. Head to the nearby house and hack the marina computer there from the window. The password reset code will be sent to a marina employee. Open your Profiler and search for the employee within the limited area. Once you have found the employee and got the reset code, head back to the marina computer and hack it. You now have to infiltrate the ctOS tower to the northwest.

There are no guards in the area so you can just go to the front gate and use the camera to unlock the gate. Once inside, operate the antenna controls in the middle. This will rotate the satellite dishes. Hack to their cameras and find the switch console on the roof of the nearby building.

Unlock it then head to the platform under the third satellite dish to the west. Activate the controls again and the platform will move you to the area past the fence.

Go through the gate and go upstairs. Step on the satellite dish platform and activate the satellite controls again to create a bridge for you to cross. Go to the next section of the center and go downstairs. The gate there is locked so hack the nearby camera and unlock the gate.

Follow the corridor to the right to find an audio log (Malcom Deodato 03). There's also a laptop you can hack nearby. Next, backtrack to the entrance and overload the junction box ahead to make it explode. Tis will cause a chain reaction along the pipes, which will destroy the fence and gate. Continue forth until you see the switch console. Unlock it and head back outside. Now find the stairs leading down to the ctOS tower console. Open the gate and hack it to unlock the district activities.

Now you have to find Raymond Kenney at Jed's bar. Head there and after the scene, you have to defeat him in a drinking game. You have to move the circle using the right analog stick and press the correct buttons when the cursor hovers over the buttons.

After the scene, follow T-Bone around his backyard. Activate his trap as instructed. Next, you have to steal back his truck. The area's restricted and has a lot of guards so approach the area however you please. After eliminating the guys in the area, more reinforcements will arrive. Take them all out then ride the truck. Ray will direct you to one of his sculptures. Drive there and break through the enemy blockade. After dropping off the truck, kill the militia to complete the mission.
