By Any Means Necessary

Before starting this mission, make sure you've fully stocked up with your Crafting materials, ammo, and consumables. You have to infiltrate Rossi-Fremont and stir up the hornet's nest. Jordi will be providing covering fire. Eliminate the guards outside then head to the building entrance. To get the door open, equip Black Out and use it to get the door open.

Head inside and take cover immediately. Take out the gang members on the second floor then eliminate the reinforcements that will come in from the elevator. Ride the elevator and take out the enemies. Unlock the next room and refill your ammo by checking the ammo bag. There's also an audio log in the corner of that room. (Bedbug 03)

Continue to the next floor by going up the broken balcony. Take out two more enemies then go around the corner and head to the marker. Before unlocking the next switch console, you'll find another audio log on the nearby sofa. (Iraq 07) Unlock the door and take out the enforcer and the other enemies in the room. Head towards the ladder and climb to the next floor. More enemies wait here so kill them quickly – use Focus if you have to.

Next, go around the corridor. There's an open room to the left and a corridor to the right which will allow you to flank the enemies. Just use your ctOS Scan to locate their positions. Continue to the next mission marker and you'll find another audio log. (Iraq 08) Head to the marker and climb up the ladders. In the next floor, engage the enemies and kill them all. Continue forth and unlock the switch console that you'll find along the way. There's an audio log inside it as well. (Bedbug 01)

Continue forth until you reach the server room. Download all the data then leave the room. After the scene, you have to follow Iraq to the space outside. Take cover and wait for the enemies to appear. It will be better to leave some IEDs in the area. Finally, when your objective changes to take down Iraq, a heavily armored enforcer will arrive. Take note that you need to bring him down with explosives. Iraq will appear shortly, wielding an auto-shotgun. Stay in cover and use Focus to gain advantage over him. After killing him, the mission will be complete.
