ctOS Towers

Unlocked towers reveal various activities and points of interest in their respective areas. You can't unlock a tower remotely so you'll have to get up close to the tower's console. Towers are protected by gates and are usually located on top of buildings and structures. You have to use cameras and surrounding objects so you can find the switch consoles that can unlock the gates and to reach the tower itself. This section will give you individual walkthroughs on how to unlock each ctOS tower in the game.

Parker Square

1: This tower is located on the rooftop of a building. To reach it, you have to go to the back alley and use a forklift from the building across it so you can climb it and make your way to the ctOS tower building. See the video below for more information.

2: Head inside the fence until you find a security cam. Control that cam and look to the left. Hack the forklift to lower the payload and to reveal another camera. Switch the control to that camera then hack the switch console to unlock the gate. Enter the gate, climb the ladder and head inside to unlock the tower using the console beside the forklift.

The Loop

3: The tower is located on a roof behind the building where the marker is. Enter the alley beside it, ride the forklift then continue until you reach the gate. There are two gates you need to unlock. The first one is located under the billboard so hack the camera near the first gate to see it. The second gate can be unlocked by another switch or by simply blowing up the nearby objects. Either way, after breaking through the second gate, climb up to find the tower.

4: This tower has only one gate so you can use the camera near the tower to see and unlock the console. Next, find some wooden pallets in the alley that you can climb on then follow the walkway leading to the roofs, then finally to the gate. See the video below.

5: Enter the alley in the back of the building and look for a camera across the tower. You need to unlock two gates so after finding the camera in the higher floor, use it to unlock the first console, then switch to the lower one behind the first gate so you can unlock it as well. Refer to the video below.

Brandon Docks

6: The switch console of this tower is located in the small room to the east. Next, you have to enter the nearby vehicle and drive it inside the carrier. Hack the carrier so it rises up then drive the vehicle through the fence. You can now freely unlock the ctOS Tower.

7: This tower is located on a room on the upper floor of the yard warehouse. There are two console switches you need to unlock before you can access the tower. First, you have to hack the camera installed on the silos north of the warehouse. From there, switch to the camera inside the upper floor to unlock the switch console.

After unlocking the first switch console, change your view to the silo camera you hacked first, then this time, hack the camera outside the room to the left. Pan to the right to find the second switch console. Unlock it and you’re good to go.

To reach it, you have to find the lift east of where the tower marker is located in your map. From there, you’re free to unlock the ctOS tower.

8: For the last tower in this district, head south of the map marker and hack the camera installed in the corner of the building to the south. From there, look inside the garage ahead to unlock the switch console. Head inside the garage then vault over the fence then ride the lift to reach the upper floor.

The Wards

9: To reach it, find the lift beside the stack of construction materials. Once there, use the cameras nearby to find the first switch console and unlock it. Exit the camera view and enter the gate. Now follow the white signal line and climb over the air conditioner unit to find the second switch there. Now backtrack then go around the catwalk to find the ladder leading to the tower console.

10: After reaching the area, enter the unsecured fenced perimeter across the street. This will allow you to reach the train tracks above and cross it to reach the ctOS perimeter. Once you're outside the gate, hack the camera and turn to the left to find another camera. Hack it and look to your lower left. The switch console is covered by wooden pallets and you have to blow it up by overloading the junction box nearby. After removing the obstacles, you're free to unlock the gate and easily hack the ctOS tower.

Mad Mile

11: To reach this tower, you have to make it to the top of the parking building southeast of the tower marker in the map. From there, climb up the ledge near the tower so you can drop down to the ledge below. Climb up the ladder nearby to reach the tower perimeter. The switch console for the gate is located inside the building.

First, you have to find the other switch console. Follow the signal on foot and you'll find it in the side of the building. Once that's unlocked, backtrack and hack the security router to get a camera feed inside the room. Switch to the laptop camera to see the switch console. Unlock it to gain access to the tower.

12: This tower is located on top of a residential building. Before going there, open your Profiler to immediately see where the signal is leading. You should find the switch console at ground level. Now, find the scissor lift beside a building to the south and ride it up.

Make your way to the rooftop where you'll find the now unlocked security gate. Go inside and find the second switch console to unlock it. Climb over the fence and go through the gate. Cross the glass skyview and jump inside the tower perimeter. You can now access the ctOS tower.

13: You can't jump over the fences of this tower since they're barbed or sharp. Make your way to the docks north of the tower location and you open your Profiler. Use the camera nearby to trace the signal and find the switch console. After unlocking it, the gate near the docks should be open now. Head inside the perimeter and trace the second signal leading to the next switch console. Go through the gate and you should be able to access the tower.
