A Blank Spot There-ish

Activate the swing bridge and head inside. You have to activate the three generators to restore power to the island. There’s an audio log (Engineers 1) located under the stairwell of the building with the generator. To reach the northwest generator, you have to find a way to the rooftop. There’s a lift to the northeast of the building.

After reaching the rooftop, you’ll find that the gate is locked. Go around the fence until you see a camera you can hack. Switch controls between the two cameras until you see the switch console. Detonate the explosives nearby to destroy the fence. Continue forth and interact with the generator to activate it. Use the construction lift nearby to go down.

There’s a motorcycle conveniently left here so use that to reach the other locations much easier. When you’re near, check out the dead end alley near the generator’s marker to find another audio log. (Engineers 2). To reach the generator perimeter, you have to climb up the stacked container vans. Once you’ve reached the perimeter, use the camera in range to hack the switch console to open the gate. Head inside and find the lift going down to reach the second generator.

After activating it, make your way to the last generator. The gate is locked so you have to find another switch console to open it. Hack the first camera then use it to lower the carrier. This will reveal another camera. Hack that camera as well then then look to the left to find another camera. Using that third camera, move the carrier up again to find the switch console. Unlock it.

Head inside and find the crane that you can interact with. Go on top of the container van then move the crane so you can reach the rooftop where the generator is waiting. Simply head inside and activate it. Before heading back to Clara, you’ll find another audio log under the green container van near the third generator. (Engineers 03)

Head to the marker and enter the container van to reach the Bunker. Find the breaker and power up the bunker. After the scene, the mission will be complete. The Bunker will be your new hideout. There are several servers here you can hack to view some various video logs.

Before your next campaign mission starts, you have to head to The Wards and take control of the ctOS Control Center there. Make sure you’re prepared before heading there.
