Head to the marked location. You’ll have to reach the security router. When you reach it, you’ll have to trace the ctOS boxes where the signals are leading to. Use the cameras around the area to find the first ctOS box and unlock it remotely.

Next, lower the lift beside the barricade then hack the camera above it. You’ll see the second ctOS box ahead.

Return to the security router and hack through the layers until you get into the apartment camera feed. Switch to the next camera and hack the smartphone to receive the call. After the conversation, several fixers will arrive. You can escape or kill them. Prioritize taking out the snipers on the ledges. They don’t know your location initially so use this to your advantage by utilizing the cameras around you and triggering environmental hazards.

After taking out the first wave, more enemies will arrive. If you have some serious hardware with you, I’ll suggest standing your ground and taking them out. After eliminating the targets, follow the trace call and meet up with Damien to the east of the district.
