The Future is in Blume

Head to Blume's main office and find a way inside. Make sure you don't get spotted by the guards. Before you can open the gate remotely, you have to find the switch console first inside the security room. Stack up by the gate until you can see the camera inside the room. From there, unlock the door and the gate. You can knock out the guard by Hacking a nearby smartphone to draw his attention, then sneak behind him to knock him out. Once you're inside, carefully head to the console outside. You have to knock out the nearby guards first before you can use it. Once the guards are taken out, use the console.

Next, you have to profile the ctOS box. From there, take the stairs to the west which will lead you an area with two solar panels. You can hack these to distract the guards before taking them out. Make sure your Profiler is open to properly profile the box. You'll discover that you need to activate it first by unlocking two switch consoles. Follow the signal lines to reach the switch consoles. After unlocking the consoles, head back to the box and hack it. Break through the security layers and hack the server to upload the data.

Once the virus is successfully installed, you have to find Damien's meeting. Wait for a guard to come in and switch the view to his camera. Once he reaches the meeting room, switch to a camera inside the room and monitor Damien's meeting.

After the meeting, the whole headquarters will be on full alert. You have to leave the area by taking the backdoor. Head to the marker and use the switch console to unlock the back gate. There should be a motorcycle waiting for you there. Ride it to start the next campaign mission.
