Fast-travel to the Bunker to continue with the story. Once you're able to get a camera feed, switch to the camera behind the counter and intrude the router. Break through the router security layer to get further inside. Once you're seeing a new feed, you can hack an audio log on the table to the left. (Iraq 03).

Switch to the camera inside the elevator and operate it. Switch to the next camera and wait for the gang member carrying a hidden camera. Switch to that and wait until he comes back to the corner where you can switch to another camera and allow you to hack the next router.

Break through that router's security layer then switch to the next camera. After switching to the camera further inside, don't switch to the ATM camera. Look up the hole on the ceiling to switch to another camera there. This will allow you to recover another audio log. (Iraq 04)

Hack the laptops on the table to the left to read another email between Iraq and Blume. Now switch to the laptop's camera then transfer the view to the camera along the hallway. Switch views until you reach the last camera near the next router you'll hack.

After you're able to break in, switch views to the camera in the room and retrieve another audio log from the laptop. (Iraq 05) From there, look to the right to find another camera and switch to the next camera in the room. You need to wait for the walking gang member with a hidden camera so you can transfer your view there.

Once he reaches the monitoring room, switch to the camera on the wall then switch to the camera on the laptop then transfer to the next camera in the hallway. Switch the last camera and watch the next scene. After the scene, the mission will be complete.
