Sometimes You Still Lose

After the scene, find a vehicle and locate Damien. Use this time to replenish your ammo and tools. Make your way to the central ctOS building. Since Damien has access, you have to be careful of the hackable objects in your path like traffic lights, blockers and steam pipes. Once you've reached the building, find the security router and hack it. After getting blocked out, you have to upload T-Bone's virus to three different points in the city.

Damien will mess up with the navigation and also use ctOS scans to call the police. If you're not able to take note of the locations before Damien put up the fakes, you have to check the isolated and farthest locations. The police will be in your tail almost the whole time so you have to use every available skill at your disposal to keep on the move. After finding the correct location, hack the console and upload the virus. You have to stay near until the virus upload is complete once done, head to the next location. Do this twice until you upload the last virus. Refer to the screenshots below to know the exact locations of the three uploading points.

Once done, escape the police before you can hack to ctOS again. Go back to the central building and break through the firewall. After that, hack through the system and shut it down. Once the city blacks out, find a boat and reach Damien who's hiding in the lighthouse to the east.

After reaching the lighthouse, climb on the construction lift and make your way to the rooftop to find Damien. Complete the QTE (quick time event) and the mission and campaign is over. Congratulations!

After the first wave of credits, you have the option to kill Maurice or walk away.
