As the new Spiritfarer, Stella will need to travel using her boat and reach different destinations. You can get spirits, complete their requests, and head to locations in order to gather resources. One of the tasks that you can do during your travel is to go fishing in order to get sea creatures.
Traveling through the boat occurs in real time, meaning you can go fishing so you don’t have any time wasted doing nothing. The fish that you catch are also needed in order for you to Cook since they are used for a lot of Recipes. In this page, we’ll be providing you with the list of fish that you can catch as well as their locations.
When starting the game out, helping Gwen will let you acquire the ship that Stella can use in order to fulfill her role as the Spiritfarer. While you head on your way to Albert’s Shipyard, you’ll be able to start fishing. Simply go to the rear side of the boat and you’ll find a chair that you can sit on in order to use your fishing rod.
Later on, you’ll get fishing rod upgrades as well. You can also catch creatures that get stuck on your Ship’s hull by jumping down near the water and gathering them manually. So, make sure to check your current location as well since the different weather patterns can affect which fish you can get.
Here is the list of fish, shellfish, and other things that you can acquire when fishing. Your location, as well as the weather pattern can affect which fish will appear. Always check your surroundings to know what you can expect when fishing out. You can refer to this list if you are trying to complete all of the ones available in the game.
