Super Secret Bases

First introduced in Generation III, Secret Bases return in Pokemon Alpha Sapphire and Pokemon Omega Ruby. These are your own personal location which you can decorate any way you please. Aarune is the NPC that will help you in establishing your own Super Secret Bases. In order to create a base, you need a Pokemon that knows the move "Secret Power". There are specific locations in Hoenn where the secret bases are hidden and you need this move to reveal the entrance and head inside.

Decorations

Once you've found your preferred Secret Base, you can personalize it using various decorations you have acquired as gifts or the ones you purchase from the shops in-game. You can even fashion your secret base as your own little gym by setting battle rules with you as the gym leader, placing traps, and mazes.

Secret Pals

Since you can visit other players' secret bases, you can also make Secret Pals. Once you visit a secret base of another player, you can talk or battle the base's members hanging around. If you find a base owner you like to befriend, you can scout them to become one of your Secret Pals. You can continue having battles with them as you please but the best thing about having Secret Pals is their special skills. These have different effects like raising your Pokemon's level, expediting the hatching time of your egg, or get a free decoration. Get as many Secret Pals as you can to fully enjoy the fun and benefits!

Capture the Flag

Once a day, you can collect the flags in each base you visited. These are located beside the base's Secret PC . The more flags you collect, the higher your team's rank increases. You'll also get various rewards like items, decorations, and even improving the skills of your Secret Pals. Flag colors display the team's rank so it's easy to tell another team's rank or when they see yours.

Sharing your Base

When you're ready to share your Base, you can create a QR code for it which will allow players to visit your directly. In turn, you can get their QR codes and visit the players you want to visit specifically.
